SEBAB CIKGU NI SEMUA KERJA DIA BEDAL!

Sebab....
  • Masuk kelas kotor...cikgu jadi cleaner.
  • Budak gaduh...cikgu jadi hakim
  • Budak mencuri ...cikgu jadi polis
  • Budak sakit ...cikgu jadi doktor dan nurse
  • Budak menangis taknak sekolah...cikgu jadi hulk sebab kena angkat
  • Budak tidak ada duit ...cikgu  jadi bank
  • Budak ada mslh kluarga ....cikgu  jadi JKM
  • Budak nak sukan...cikgu  jadi pekerja kontrak buat padang
  • Budak wakil sekolah aktiviti luar..cikgu  jadi driver
  • Kain/ seluar budak koyak...cikgu  jadi tukang jahit
  •  Budak panjang rambut... cikgu jadi barber
  • Budak cedera/demam teruk perlu ke hospital kereta cikgu jadi ambulans
  • Budak berjaya...cikgu hanya dipandang sepi... "ha, tengok anak aku dpt 5A dlm upsr... anak aku memang pandai"
  • Budak gagal...cikgu  jadi bahan caci maki... kononnya cikgu tak pandai ajar
  • Nak tambah kewangan sekolah...cikgu jadi salesman/saleswomen
  • Nak isi data/markah...cikgu  jadi kerani
  • Nak ceriakn kelas...cikgu  jadi artis/ tukang hias

I've experience almost 12 out of 16 in my first year as a teacher..

Thus, i guess for 30+ years ahead.. There will be more and merrier...

Eating fruits : Natural Healing by Eating it right.

Assalamualaikum dan selamat sejahtera everyone.. May Allah bless us always with good health and barokah.. I would like to share an article that will do help us in maintaining a good health..


Eating Fruit on Empty Stomach
This will open your eyes ! Read to the end and then share it with your family and friends. I  just  did !

EATING FRUIT
We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths.
It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and  *when*  to eat the fruits.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS!
FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH

If you eat fruits on empty stomach,  it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.
Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit.
The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so due to the bread taken before the fruit.
In the meantime the whole meal  of bread & fruit  rots and ferments and turns to acid.
The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

So please eat your fruits on an   *empty  stomach*   or before your meals !
You have heard people complaining : 
Every time I eat watermelon I burp,  when I eat durian my stomach bloats up,  when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc.. etc..

Actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach.
The fruit mixes with the putrefying of other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat !

Greying hair, balding, nervous outburst and dark circles under the eyes all these will *NOT*  happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.
There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter.
If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the  * SECRET *  of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.


DRINK JUICE
When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only * fresh*  fruit juice,  NOT  from the cans, packs  or bottles.Don't even drink juice that has been heated up.Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all.You only get its taste.Cooking destroys all the vitamins.


But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the fresh fruit  juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse or detoxify  your body.Just eat fruits and drink fresh  fruit juice throughout the 3 days. And you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look !



KIWI
Tiny but mighty.
This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, vitamin E & fiber.
Its vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.




APPLE
An apple a day keeps the doctor away?
Although an apple has a low vitamin C content, it has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhances the activity of vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack &stroke.




STRAWBERRY
Protective Fruit.
Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits &protect the body from cancer-causing, blood vessel-clogging and free radicals.



ORANGE
Sweetest medicine.
Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.




WATERMELON
Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system.
They are also a key source of lycopene  the cancer fighting oxidant.
Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium.







GUAVA & PAPAYA
Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high vitamin C content.
Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation.
Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your eyes.

Sometimes we might wonder why certain things happened even we are already practicing a healthy lifestyle. So,  now I guess we need to know how to practicing it right. InsyaAllah, Allah is the one who gives us everything. When you fall sick, maybe its time for us to reflect ourself.. but effort is needed so that the sickness can be cure... so you can start practicing eating it right.


* I know there are certain things/ food that are quite expensive and rare to get especially for a place like mine. Its hardly to find any of these. But I manage to find the alternative. Eating other fruits like banana, watermelon. Like now, I always make sure I take my vitamin C to sustaining a good health as we hardly to get the fruits here.. Guess what I already started to plant my own papaya tree at Tatau.



Thus, eating it right and of course never stop PRAYING and PRAISE to Allah for gives us good health and happiness. ...

Assalamualaikum semua..

Penatnya hari ini. 
Paperwork bertingkat-tingkat perlu settlekan  bagi projek akhir dan awal tahun depan.
Kertas ujian berbundle-bundle perlu disemak.
Perlu buat itu. Perlu buat ini.. Stress..stress....
* Antara dialog dalam bilik guru..

Realiti kehidupan guru sekarang tak sama seperti dahulu. Kini, pelbagai sistem online dan tugas-tugas lain yang terpaksa dilaksanakan. Sehinggakan jika leka dalam menguruskannya mampu buatkan tugas hakiki terjejas juga la. MENGAJAR & MENDIDIK. Ini tugas hakiki seorang guru. So far, alhamdulillah.. masih lagi mampu multi-tasking. Walaupun orang cakap cepat tua sebab multi-tasking.. haha.. entahla siapa yang cakap ni.


Sebagai manusia biasa, lumrah lah ada saat di mana kita jatuh.. tetapi jatuh itu tak bermakna kita perlu dibawah selama-lamanya.. Kita perlu segera bangun. dan KEEP ON MOVING.....
Alhamdulillah, syukur. I have a very supportive family, friends and even my teacher/ lecturers..
The reason why I'm still able to walk with a smile..Is because I know I always have them .

so...

KUNCI KEJAYAAN


1. NAK
Bila hati NAK pasti boleh... Bila taknak kita akan cari ALASAN ! Bila kita NAK kita pasti FOKUS!
Jadi, dipendekkan cerita tekadkan dalam hati. Apa yang kita nak..


2. MENTALITI
Mentaliti tercabar jika adanya cabaran ! Lumrah hidup memang tidak akan sunyi daripada cabaran. Tetapi janganlah baru jatuh skit mula dah mengalah.... Mentaliti kena kuat! Anggap itu smua cubaan, ujian, dugaan...dan COBAAN.. ^_^ . Semua berlaku dengan izin Allah. Mungkin ada hikmahnya.


3.  FOKUS
R - Reticular
A - Activating
S   - System
Set apa yg kita NAK bukan apa yg kita TaK  NAK!

4. MATLAMAT yang jelas.
Ini penting sebab ini yang push factor.. Setkan apa yang anda nak dalam matlamat anda Jika boleh spesifikkan... Contoh : Nak pergi melacong ke China bulan Mac 2016 nanti, jadi perlu simpan RM 200 setiap bulan mulai sekarang. (tentukan ikut tempoh masa yang logik la)

5. MENTOR
Ini untuk guide kita..Dalam apa perkara kita buat better ada mentor. Supaya tidaklah kita terlanggar terhantuk dinding baru nak belajar. Lagipun dengan mentor kita dapat banyak ilmu dan pengalaman. Jadi insyaAllah boleh pergi jauh. My Mentor is my mom, my family...

6. MESTI !
Ini banyak main peranan.Tukarkan kata-kata NAK kepada MESTI ! Saya nak .....
Tukar..... Jadikan. >>>> Saya mesti siapkan kerja ini pada harini. Sebab apa kata-kata yang baik, Allah dengar...

7. STRATEGY -
Belajar untuk bina strategy yang cemerlang dengan orang berjaya.. Jadi tidak perlu try & error banyak kali...Di sini la kita dapat minta bantuan mentor.
Kalau Hana, siap ada checklist... what to do and backup pan if things dont work like i want.. haha

8. EMOSI
This is the biggest challenges. Jadi kan semua kutukan sebagai PEMBAKAR diri! Ini sebenarnya a fight with yourself.

9. BERANI - MESTI ada impian yg jelas dan besar. Kalau boleh, tulis impian besar-besar. Hana tampal-tampal gambar ja.. sebab impian nak travel satu dunia... :D

10. ILMU
and ofcourse, this is a must. Kerana tanpa ILMU anda tak akan berjaya.
